# Filter menu very wide on 8" tablet

Filter menu is very wide on 8" tablet in both landscape and portrait mode.

Please make filter menu less wide so text is more on the right side than the left.

This looks like a bug on that device. What device and version of Android is this?

Amazon Fire HD 8 2020  
Tablet Codename: onyx or KFONWI  
FireOS Version: 7.3.1.7  
Android Version: 9  
Nova Launcher (if that matters)

Installed from Google Play Store (because I have SeriesGuide X there)

Also happens on my other tablet  
Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019)  
Tablet Codename: maverick or KFMAWI  
FireOS Version: 7.3.1.1  
Android Version: 9  
Nova Launcher  
Installed from Google Play Store

Edit: hm, not sure I want to fix this. It’s using the default dialog size.

Doesn’t seem to match the definition of dialog as the menu is not modal.

And it doesn’t match how chrome displays its menu on 8" tablet.

Sorry, what I meant by this is it does not appear to be possible to change this without using hacks. Maybe I’ll find a solution in the future…
