Importing data from an old account into Trakt

Hello,

I forgot my Trakt password. I haven’t used it for almost two years, and since then I’ve been using my Google account on SeriesGuide.

I’ve now managed to regain access to this account.

If I reconnect to Trakt with SeriesGuide, will it update my Trakt account with the series and movies I’ve recorded over the past two years without duplicating the old data I had before I lost the account?

Hey! When connecting initially, SeriesGuide will first download what’s in your Trakt profile, but without marking episodes or movies as unwatched in SeriesGuide. Then, SeriesGuide will add any watched episodes and movies that are missing to your Trakt profile. However, note that the watched at time will be the time of the upload.

For any syncs after this initial sync SeriesGuide will mark any episodes or movies as not watched if they are in your Trakt profile.
