I’m having problems with series markation as favourite or not, and hidden or not.
For some shows, this markation keeps changing back to a certain situation, even when I change them to the correct situation.
I can change it, but after some days, it is back in the situation it was.
A bit difficult to explain.
I use seriesguide primarily on my tablet, but it’s also installed on my phone. My phone is new, it’s possible it started when I installed seriesguide on my new phone, but it can be a coincidence.
Where is this status backed up? In seriesguide cloud or trakt?
If a show stored on Cloud has the favorite and hidden state removed and was changed more recently than on your device, then when syncing the show on your device will have them removed.
Just to rule this out: are you by any chance importing data while Cloud is connected using the import tool or the auto backup restore tool? If so, this can lead to inconsistent state and also remove the favorite or hidden state if a show is updated on Cloud for another reason.
