When I try to skip the Special Episodes it gives me an error “Could not modify data”. How can I fix this?
Welcome! This message means that SeriesGuide can not write the database entry for that episode (or these episodes?) for some reason. Are you sure this only affects special episodes? It may help to remove the affected show and add it again.
