Sync between devices not working

Hi,
I’ve recently purchased the SeriesGuide X Pass and logged in with Google on SeriesGuide Cloud on both my (Samsung) tablet and (oneplus) phone, but when I mark an episode as watched on either device it’s not syncing to the other device. Should this work, and if so, how do I achieve this?

Hi! By default, this will happen the next time that device syncs. Typically every few minutes while the app is open, or about once a day if not.

Thanks for your reply, managed to get it working with the Help page :slight_smile: Turned out my phone storage was too full, which caused it not to sync :sweat_smile:
