Syncing between devices

Hello, I’ve been using your app for a couple of years now, but I’ve only ever used it on my tablet. Now I wanted to also use it on my smartphone and I tried syncing them, but it didn’t seem to work… I’m signed into both trakt and SeriesGuide Cloud on both devices, and all my shows appear on my tablet, but on my smartphone it’s empty. Could someone help me with that? Am I missing something?

Try to sign out of SeriesGuide Cloud on your phone, then sign back in. This should trigger a full sync which adds shows.

Related question - is it possible to have the app on my and my spouses’ phones (different Google acounts) and syncing to the same cloud account? We would need to pay/subscribe on both devices, correct?

@sjperry Welcome! Purchases are tied to your Google account. I guess the simplest solution is to add the Google account you purchased from to the other device. And also use that to sign into Cloud to share the same data. Makes sense?
