Hi. How can I change from one Trakt acc to another on the app??

Welcome! Open https://trakt.tv and make sure you are not signed in (or signed in with your new account).
Then in SeriesGuide, open the menu in the top left, tap on your current Trakt account, then tap Disconnect. Then tap Connect and sign in with your new Trakt account.
