Hello, I have a paid account with SeriesGuide as well as a VIP account with Trakt. However, I still get the following error when trying to sync my Trakt account: “Cannot upload – Trakt account limit reached.” Please see the attached screenshot. Why am I getting this error despite having a Trakt VIP account? Is there something wrong with the connection between SeriesGuide and Trakt, or is there another limitation I’m not aware of? I would suggest to send an email to [support@trakt.tv](mailto:support@trakt.tv) with this issue! I highly doubt the issue is with Seriesguide! ---

No, the developer also answers on posts, but as the error message points to a limit reached on the [trakt.tv](http://trakt.tv) side I concluded that it would be best to ask them too! ---

Hey, thanks for reporting! However, even their VIP accounts have limits. They removed the nice overview page where you could see them, but they are still there for my test account at the bottom of [Trakt Web: VIP](https://app.trakt.tv/vip). Hi, I finally found the problem, and I’m a little embarrassed to admit it. 😅 Turns out I have two Trakt accounts: one registered through Google (without VIP) and another through email (with VIP). And, of course, I was logged into the wrong account in SeriesGuide. 🤦‍♀️ After switching to the correct VIP account, everything syncs perfectly. No errors at all! Sorry for the confusion, and thanks for your help and patience! Problem solved — classic user error. 😄 gomen Nasei! ---
