TV shows showing up one device but not the other

So I use seriesguide on 2 different devices using the same login and account details to stay synced, one device shows me a show has a new season just started yesterday and the other won’t show this new season at all. I’ve tried manually updating even though it says it’s updated it doesn’t show up at all, what can I do?

I haven’t but I will and let ya know how it goes when I get home
