X Pass app not unlocking features (v57-beta1)

I think v57-beta1 broke support for the SeriesGuide X Pass unlock app. I can no longer sign into SG Cloud and it shows a toast that says “Only for supporters”. This is on a Pixel 4 XL with Android 11.

Funny as fragmented as Android is that we are all on 11.

In the meantime I downgraded back to v56 stable from github.

Thanks everyone! This is indeed an Android 11 only issue and related to https://developer.android.com/about/versions/11/privacy/package-visibility

There is no workaround other than installing a previous version of SeriesGuide.

I will submit a new beta release that fixes this issue.
