47-beta2 with combined show filter and sort view

As a first step to additional filters this release combines the filter and sort options for shows into a single view. It still has issues, notably that it does not scroll if the screen is not high enough.

And just to note again: this version only supports Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and newer.

Notable changes:

  • :wrench: Combine show filter and sort options into single view. Stays visible until tap outside or back button press.

  • :hammer: After changing the language of a show or the alternative language in Settings, episode descriptions are updated properly again. (This was also released with version 46.1.)

  • :memo: Latest translations from crowdin.
