Can I export full "Watch History" (as JSON etc)?

Hello,
Long time user, first time poster. Thanks for the great program. Is there any way I can get an export of my entire Watch History from the DB? I can read JSON if that’s easier for you. Thanks

Thank, but I haven’t used Trakt for years. I use SeriesGuide Cloud.

The backup tool in Settings can export your shows, lists and movies. However, SeriesGuide does not record when you have watched something. See Help | SeriesGuide for details.
