Can I export full "Watch History" (as JSON etc)?

Hello,
Long time user, first time poster. Thanks for the great program. Is there any way I can get an export of my entire Watch History from the DB? I can read JSON if that’s easier for you. Thanks

Thank, but I haven’t used Trakt for years. I use SeriesGuide Cloud.

The backup tool in Settings can export your shows, lists and movies. However, SeriesGuide does not record when you have watched something. See Backup or restore your data using files - SeriesGuide for details.
