Can't log in to Cloud

I have a new phone and want to save my series and movies lists to the cloud, so I can import them onto the new phone, after I install the app.
I pay for the app for years now (All Access, 4,99€ per year) which includes saving to the cloud.
If I want to access the cloud it shows me, that I can choose between 3 options to buy the app. When I press ‘connect to cloud’, it shows me the price, like I didn’t pay for it already.
I can even see my subscription for SeriesGuide at the Play Store and when the next payment is due (summer 2025).
Can somebody help me, so I can access the cloud and save everything?
