Chromebook Trakt Connection

Hello,

I use SeriesGuide on Android and a Chromebook. It stays connected to Trakt on Android fine but not on my Chromebook anymore. Every time I wake my Chromebook each day, I have a notification that tells me to connect to Trakt again. Sometimes I don’t get a notice but I still have to check if I’m connected in order to sync. Is this a bug or is it working as intended now?

Thanks for your work on this app! I’ve been using it for years, and it’s still a favorite that gets used almost daily.

Hey, thanks for reporting! Assuming the Chromebook is also using SeriesGuide 2025.1.2 it should work.

There might be an issue where the access token for Trakt can not be refreshed on the Chromebook (maybe because the refresh token used to do this could not be stored). But I could only see that from debug logs.

Note that the upcoming release will make it easier to enable and collect those, so maybe wait until then.

Since the last ChromeOS and/or SeriesGuide update, it has been staying connected to Trakt so far. Let’s hope it keeps working as it should. :slightly_smiling_face:

As said, can you enable the debug log and once this happens again save it and send it to me (via email or personal message)?
