In many cases, when I want to select an episode I watched, I get an error notification. It’s worth noting that I’m still losing episodes, before the TVDB update I had 16,1k, yesterday I had 15,8k and today I have 15,6k

I’m connected to Trakt, but synchronization still doesn’t work. This is a notification that says I can’t set the episode as watched.
It’s possible that due to the recent TheTVDB.com v3 launch debacle that episodes on Trakt do not match up properly, yet.
Try to clear the cache for SeriesGuide (Settings > Apps > SeriesGuide > Storage), which then hopefully should update your shows properly over the next few days.
