Error with sign-in

I’ve used SeriesCloud with another Android box for years with no problem… I have since bought a new Android box and trying to logon getting an error.

So I’ve tried to re sign-in with email and it states:
CONTINUE with **myemail.
Then I get YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT…
YOU’VE ALREADY USED *myemail. SIGN IN WITH GOOGLE TO CONTINUE…

When I try to log in with my Google account I get the error:
Error with sign-in (code10, message 10:)

I still have it on the older Android box, on another TV, but have searched as seen others are using the same login on separate devices, so I don’t think that’s the problem.

Can anyone help.

Terry, this sounds like a custom Android device. Does it support signing in with Google? If that is not the case, send me a message with the email address you have used and I can re-set your login so you can sign up with email address and password (instead of signing in with Google).
