Is there anyway I can back my all my added shows (there were many), in case I forgot to copy the backup file to my new phone?
Just use seriesguide cloud. It’s linked to your Gmail account. Install on your new phone, link it, and the shows are added automatically.

@Ankur_Srivastava If you do not have access to your old device, no. Except if you connected to Trakt or SeriesGuide Cloud. Then just sign in again on your new device and add the shows you want from your Trakt profile or with Cloud wait for the sync to complete.
