Welcome! Typically only for every major release (so for 57, 58, …; but not for 58.1, 58.2). For beta releases typically for every version (e.g. 59-beta1, 59-beta2, …).
I just saw you contributed to the Esperanto translation, thanks for that! Out of curiosity I tried to find this language in Android settings on my device and it’s not available.
Do you know or have a device where Esperanto can even be used as the system language?
