What’s new:

Calendar: add option to only display premieres.
Once enabled, the calendar will only display episodes with number 1.

Episodes: button to set all episodes watched up to (including) the current one.
Previously only available from the episode list view, now also marks the currently viewed episode watched.

Episodes: on phones, combine list and page view, add switch view button.
By default, upon tapping a season immediately see episode details. Want to revert to seeing the list view first? Switch to the list view, go back, and it will be shown next time tapping on a season. -
Discover: also use improved search by TheTVDB.com when set to English.

Discover: drop any language option, just type a show title in any language to get a match.
TheTVDB.com search is now so good, most workarounds to find a show should no longer be necessary.
