This update is only available on the Google Play Beta program.
Notable changes in this beta release:

When making changes to a season, always apply to all episodes. Previously, setting watched or skipped only affected episodes with a release date and released in the past. But adding to/removing from collection affects all. -
When updating shows, do not fail if just Trakt info can not be updated.
