SG saying show does not exist on TheTVDB but it does

I’ve been having this issue for a long time now. Some of the shows I’m trying to add will not add to the app. It says that they do not exist on The TVDB but i checked and they do appear there. Is there a way to force the app to add them? Thanks

App use’s TMDB, not TVDB as far as I’m aware.
