Sync issues between devices

Hi, im having an issue with syncing. I have removed a couple of shows im no longer watching on my phone, but these still appear on my shield. Even if i do a manual sync.

This seems to be the only issue, if i matk episodes as watched, that syncs fine, and it seems so does adding shows, but not when i remove them.

Shows are not removed automatically from other devices, only added (I decided to do this based on user feedback).
