Sorry if this has been answered before, but I couldn’t find anything.
My Seriesguide app does not seem to sync watched-status for movies and movie ratings from trakt anymore. Looking at the logs and sync statues it seems like the sync always stops at “adding episodes to collection”. I don’t have trakt-premium so the collection is obviously limited.
So I wanted to remove every episode from my collection which was kind of a hustle since there does not seem a global way to remove all episodes from my collection in seriesguide nor a way to select multiple tv-shows and mark them as not collected. After removing them all by opening every show and then selecting “none collected” the sync does move forward until it gets stuck on adding movies to collection. Same thing here: obviously, the free account limit. But here is where it’s getting really tedious: I’d have to remove 1736 movies manually from my collection. That’s not a lot of fun.
I guess seriesguide will pobably not let you add more movies/episodes to the collection when connected to trakt when reaching the limit, but I have been using seriesguide + trakt for many years and have always moved my seriesguide data to new phones. Therefor I have more movies and episodes in my collection “locally” in seriesguide than on trakt and it seems like seriesguide always tries to sync those and failing at the limit.
Long story short: I would really like a way to remove all movies/episodes from my collection or a way to reset my “local” collection.
I guess I could delete all data on my phone and resync from trakt, but with all those limits I don’t really trust trakt to really sync back the correct watched-states of all my shows/episodes/movies.
